We switched accountants to use Mark in the depths of the first National lockdown. As a business in the supply chain of the hospitality sector it was a challenging time with numerous issues to wade through.
Our work started by putting together a business recovery plan. It gave us a roadmap to follow which was both realistic and achievable to get us back on track.
We opted to have Mark and his team produce regular management accounts for us and take us through them at our ‘Quarterly Business Review’. These have been invaluable in keeping us on track and holding us accountable.
Mark has always provided great advice and been available to help with the inevitable ad hoc problems and queries day to day. Not only that, he has proactively brought suggestions to our business for example making an R&D Tax credit claim. He managed this successfully end to end which resulted in a big cheque we were not expecting for work we had already done but not realised we could claim for.
